On a personal note… I have two beautiful (just ask me!) and exciting sons, Ryan (age 14) and Joshua (age 6). I have been involved with their schools as a class helper and sports coach. It is great to get to know those kids and see them grow throughout the years. I love to coach their youth sports. Being involved with the YMCA or the city and coaching kids is one of the highlights of my year. I have been involved in thousands of home loans as either an originator or manager. The bottom line for me is to do a super job for my clients, getting them the loan they want, with no bait and switch tactics, at the best rate and terms available. I usually roll the costs into the loan for the appraisal and other up-front fees, so the customer has no out of pocket expenses...(FHA loans are an exception to this). On a quick note on the economy, the financial "Meltdown" is getting a lot of press. Doom and Gloom...I would say that sells, but for most of my clients we can still find a way to do their loans, fix their credit, and save them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
