You Can Own A Home with Zero Down Payment!
Regardless of what other companies say. We even have programs to GIVE
you your down payment!
You
can buy a lovely home, in a great neighborhood, for zero or very low
down payment, and enjoy monthly payments of less than rent.
We
specialize in helping people who are currently renting to own their
own lovely homes with super-low down payments and low monthly payments.
We
started this Consumer Home Loan Service because banks and real estate
agents tell many people that they need thousands or tens of thousands
of dollars to buy a nice home these days. In fact, you may have talked
with your bank or a real estate agent that told you that you need $10,000,
$15,000 or even $25,000 to buy a home.
This
just simply isn't true.
In
reality, there are always at least five to ten types of home loans available
for very low down payment, with low interest rates, and low monthly
payments – often less than you would pay for rent!
Many
people who can afford a home never get one. Other people who do get
loans have to borrow or save thousands of extra dollars first, and pay
high payments, all because they were never shown all the information
on all the home loans truly available.
We
are not a bank. We're home loan consultants. Our Home Loan Finder computers
are linked to a vast network of national home mortgage companies who
offer hundreds of low down payment and low interest rate home loans
for homes in all areas and price ranges.
For
example, right now we know of seven different home loan programs designed
to help people with good credit and full time employment, purchase homes
for very low down payments – often for as little as zero down
payment.
We
specialize in finding these home loans and making them available to
consumers. We call this free service our Home Loan finder service. We
put your wants and needs into the computer, and then the computers search
through hundreds of low down payment and low interest rate home loan
programs throughout the United States and finds the ones that best fit
your needs and financial situation.
As
you can well imagine, there's just too much to tell you about here,
but it is easy for you to get more information. Just give Erick Anderson

Can
I really buy a house with No Money Down?
Yes. We have at least 4 different home loans that will allow you to
buy a home with zero down payment. It is important to remember that
no money down and zero down payment are not necessarily the same thing.
No money down implies that you won't spend any money at all. Zero down
payment implies that you will make no down payment. With all loans there
are fees and closing costs - even with zero down payment loans. To actually
get to no money down you must negotiate for someone else to pay the
fees. There are many ways this can be accomplished. For a real life
example call for details.
How
is this different from the infomercials I see on TV?
The TV real estate gurus all teach many different ways to buy property
with no money down. The trick in most cases is to find a seller willing
to do the financing for you in some way, shape or form. All of the zero
down payment programs that we have available are done through mortgage
lenders and do not require that the seller carry any of the financing.
This makes many more properties available to you for zero down payment.
When
you say Zero Down Payment, does that cover all of my expenses?
Not necessarily. Zero down payment means that there is no down payment.
However, there are usually closing costs involved in securing the loan.
Our staff is expert at negotiating and orchestrating these zero down
payment situations so that your closing costs are covered by another
source. We have had clients actually come to the closing with no money
at all - in fact, some have gotten money back!
How
come nobody else will tell me about this stuff?
Knowing the details of special home loans requires a lot of research,
experience and hard work. Most real estate agents and mortgage lenders
either don't have the knowledge or specialize in other areas. Because
our company operates By Referral Only® nearly 80% of our business
comes from people who were referred to us by one of our clients. This
allows us to dedicate our time to advising our clients on the many different
ways to own a home and not spending our time trying to find new clients.
Therefore, we have the time available to spend on these special programs.
I
make a good income, but I don't have much cash, can I buy a house?
Yes. There are many different ways to buy a house with little or no
money. We tell our clients that if they have $750 - $1000 available
they can buy a house (assuming they are credit worthy). Sometimes it
is even possible to get this money back at the closing of the sale,
but there are expenses that you incur along the way.
I'm
thinking of buying a house in a few years. How much money should I save
in order to buy my first house?
The answer to this question really depends on your goals. Do you want
to buy a house and live in it the rest of your life? Do you plan on
living in the house for only a few years? Will your income increase
or decrease in the future? The biggest challenge is that it is very
difficult for most people to save for a 20% down payment in a short
period of time. As time goes by and you are saving for your down payment
home prices are probably going up. Interest rates may be going up as
well. In actuality, it may cost you more to try to save a large down
payment than it would to buy a house now using one of our special financing
methods. We'd be happy to provide you with a free, no obligation consultation
to discuss your situation.
